Age Verification (18+ Requirement)

Game of Hearts is exclusively for adults aged 18 years or older. When someone creates an account, they affirm that they meet this age requirement.

We enforce this by:

• Requiring all users to confirm they are 18 or older during signup.
• Deactivating or banning accounts if we become aware a user is underage.
• Not accepting parental or guardian consent as a substitute for meeting the minimum age requirement.

Users under 18 are expressly prohibited from joining or using our services.

Reporting Mechanisms

We encourage all users to help protect our community. If a user encounters harmful or suspicious behavior:

• In-App Reporting: Use the “Report” button on profiles, posts, or messages.

• Detailed Reports: Include as much context as possible — screenshots, usernames, and descriptions help us act faster.

All reports are reviewed promptly and treated with confidentiality.

Content Moderation Policy

Our content moderation aims to keep the community safe and aligned with our values:

• We monitor content through automated tools and manual review.
• Any user content that appears abusive, exploitative, or unsafe is promptly removed.
• Repeated violations or severe infractions lead to account suspension or banning.

This applies to profiles, messages, media, and any shared content within the app or site.

Account Suspension & Banning

Violations of child safety standards, age requirements, or community guidelines may result in:

• Immediate account suspension or deletion.
• Permanent banning from all Game of Hearts services.
• Reporting of unlawful activity to law enforcement or relevant authorities.

No warnings are required for content or behavior involving child abuse or exploitation.
